Subs 2009/2010
The committee has agreed the level of this year's sub payments. You'll be thrilled to hear that they've been reduced from last year and, as always, there is a discount if you pay them in a single payment. Why do we have subs?
Subs are absolutely key for the club. The money you pay to play covers a myriad of costs - from match fees to equipment to coaching to floodlight costs to buying in the beer. If you don't pay then not only are you not making a contribution to your club but you're also depriving the rest of your team much needed funds. If the club doesn't have money, we can't run. Simple as that.
How much are subs for the 2009/10 season?

How can I pay?
In order to make it as easy as possible to pay your subs, there are a number of ways you can do it: a) Pay over the bar: If you're at the club and you've got the cash or money in your account, you can pay over the bar by talking to Mik. Please make sure you give your name and amount paid so we can tick you off the list and stop hassling you. b) Pay by standing order: There'll be some forms put behind the bar that you fill out and leave there so Bondy/Boaty or someone else can send to your bank and the standing order to the club will be set up for you. Again, if you do this, please let me know that you've done the paperwork. c) Put the money directly in the club's account Transfer all monies owed to: Wimbledon RFC Alliance & Leicester Account number: 35037080 Sort code: 72-00-04 Please make sure you put a reference of your name on the transfer and email me to let me know you've put the money in. d) Get a sponsor: As with last year, we're giving people the opportunity to be sponsored their subs. The amount is the full £180. Sponsors will be mentioned in the club programme and on the website (in the selection section). We are also looking into getting a player sponsor's board for the club.
