At last!

Good Afternoon Ye Mighty Dons!

It had to happen didn't it? After more than a few devastatingly close near misses this season, and following the bitter disappointment of the week before - the men's 1st XV finally secured their first win of the season - AWAY - against Old Redcliffians. It is a true testament to the spirit of the team, and notably the squad as a whole, that they produced this result of 28-29 that they have worked so very hard for. Huge congratulations form everyone in Claret and Blue! You can read the match report on the website here. The march up the table has started.

It isn't over yet for the 1st XV though, as they have one more game this year prior to Christmas - and it is away against Worthing for a 2pm kick off. Do keep your eyes on social media for the team sheets on Friday. If you are about and with/ visiting family - do pop along and cheer the chaps on. I am told Christmas jumpers are a must!

Other than that this is the last post from me this year. It just leaves me to wish you all, men, ladies, boys, girls and families, a very Happy, Safe and Enjoyable Christmas period and a thoroughly exciting and bold new year.

As ever with Big Love

Badger

Cheers
