I hope you all had a belt-straining Christmas period and are now enjoying the swings of the January health kick! Kudos to Ladies coach and men's player Saner Hasan for show real community spirit by volunteering at the Alexandria on Christmas day with free meals for people who were alone on the day. A big tip of the hat to you sir!

TONIGHT - the U21s are travelling to Old Reigations for a 6pm kick off,. If you want to get down there and support them the post code is RH2 8JX. Good luck chaps!

Saturday sees the 1st XV travel to Bedford Athletic as they look to cement their spot at the top of the table.
The 2nd XV welcome Old Elthamians to Barham Road.
The 3rd XV have a weekend off.
The Strollers travel to Imber Court to face the Let Police in a cup fixture.
Sunday sees the Ladies XV welcome Drybrook to Barham Road.

All team sheets will be out tomorrow and good luck to all wearing the colours over the next few days.
