But an exciting weekend

Good Morning Ye Mighty Dons!

I trust you have all had a good week!

Well it's a fairly quiet weekend rugby wise for us Wimbledon rugby devotees. We have only two games this weekend due to a couple of drop outs leaving us with no home fixtures this weekend. Still its quality over quantity with the 1st XV and the 2nd XV in action!
So let's run down those fixtures to whet your appetites!

The 1st XV travel to face Civil Service Stags for a 2pm kick off, looking to avenge the defeat we suffered at their hands early in the season. The table shows the Dons top with just 2 points between us and those chaps from down the road in second. EVERY POINT COUNTS and YOU can help our boys by being there to cheer them on. Now if you wish to go and support put W4 2SH into you sat nav and turn off the A316 at riverside Drive not Dan Mason Drive to find Kings House School Sports Ground. These are the directions the oppo have kindly given us as it can be a difficult find. The more voices on the sidelines the better as we look to force our way back into National 2.

If you fancy a bit of sea air to accompany your rugby fill of the weekend then travel with the 2nd XV to face Worthing for a 2pm kick off. This should be a cracking encounter and one to really get behind.

Team sheets are below and the very best of luck to all those wearing the colours this weekend!

TIES!!!!
Right Chairman Wow has mentioned this a few times. If you bought or were given a club tie before Christmas that has a yellow X on it and are not an Under 18 - please can you swap it for a normal one over the bar. Those are U18 ties to commemorate 10 years of playing and are special to those who earn them. It wont cost you a penny and we want to make sure that those young bucks who have played for ten years in the youth section get their honours! Thanks all!

Not a whole lot more from me this week so I'm going back to ignoring dry January and annoying vegans! Have a great weekend everyone!

Big love

Badger
