Well that is basically it! Here we are. It's time for the play offs! My goodness I'm excited.However - let's get through last weekend's adventures first.

On Saturday the 1st XV traveled to Dorking and had a thrilling victory 30-40. The match report isn't online just at this time but will be posted as soon as it is available.

The 2nd XV were also away - they travelled to Richmond and came up against a very strong side - which, my sources tell me, featured a number of their Championship players. Unfortunately our boys couldn't quite nick it - but showed a very very respectable loss of 33-24 - a huge improvement on the first game of the season. Great season for the 2nd XV - well done to each of you for pushing the 1st XV team so hard and keeping that squad so very competitive.

Now this weekend - there is very little else to talk about. There will be a pre match lunch as usual. If you want to get in for this very special occasion - please let shaun or John Woods know ASAP! Numbers are limited. The match against Ding Crusaders kicks off at 3pm. A quick word on this - it will be a highly tense game for both sets of supporters - so whatever the result - let us show our class and friendly nature by welcoming our guests and ensuring we uphold the very best of rugby's values. Not that we don't always - but these tense fixtures can get to people. So win or lose - dignity first.

Lets get as many of the cub down to the game on Saturday as possible. Parking is not going to be good so if possible - PLEASE DON'T DRIVE.

We will be selling some commemorative programmes on the day to raise a bit of income for the club. We have some volunteers to do this - but if some of you could put your hands in the air to help out we would be very very grateful.
