Sooooo - what have we missed - well the English boys did us proud in Oz, as did the Irish in SA. Team GB have been the highlight of my week though - with some stellar performances - particularly nice to see us beat Bertie's beloved Springboks in the semis. However - I think we all secretly wanted Fiji to win and what an advert for the best game in the world!

Now onto more local matters. The men's 1st XV have their first pre-season friendly this weekend at home against the Civil Service. The full team line up for Bully's Babes is below and it's great to see so many faces who have come up through the ranks, boy to man, in that line. Kudos to Jim Green et al for setting up the mini and youth system all those years ago. It highlights what an important part of the club our Sundays are - and it is imperative that if you can - GET INVOLVED!

So dust off the flip flops - get to the bar and let's see you all there to see what the new season has in store for us tomorrow. The sun is shining - what excuse do you have.
