The Dons travel down to Molesey Road tomorrow (Saturday, 19/08), to face neighbours Esher, for the last pre season game before embarking on their debut National 2 South season.

Training has been intensive this week after last weeks run out against Richmond. Head coach and Quins hooker Joe Gray commented "The lads know that every game is important in this league and come September the 2nd against Barnstaple, we have to hit the ground running."

"National 1 club Esher will be a massive step up for us and there will be no love lost in this local derby. We aim to work on our shape and structure and develop our brand of running rugby" mused Gray during post training dinner last night.

Supporters who wish to make the journey down the road by car the address is Esher RFC, 369 Molesey Rd, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey KT12 3PF

Trains from Clapham Junction are every 30 mins at 26 and 56 mins past the hour on the Woking bound service via Wimbledon & Raynes Park Stations as well. The journey is 29 minutes long and you get off at HERSHAM station not Esher itself. Remember there are still engineering works in the area so take that into account. Come out of the station turn right and Esher RFC is only a 3 minute walk away.
