4. Terms and Conditions and cancellation


Booking Conditions

50% payment of the venue hire to secure booking.
The remaining 50% of venue hire plus catering and other extra's to be paid 4 week prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who signed the booking form to Events Team at events@wimbledonrfc.co.uk. Cancellation is not effective until Wimbledon RFC receives the email. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation within 7 days of receipt of your cancellation.
30 plus days prior to the event: 50% of total cost
15-30 days prior to event: 75% of total cost
0-14 days prior to event: 100% of total cost
