Now onto business.
This weekend sees us hit the last league game of the season for the 1st XV who are away to Dorking. It is worth noting that Dorking are charging 10 pounds if you want to go and support - which is nice of them. Anyway - you need to be aware of this if you are going down. The 2nd XV are also away to Richmond this Saturday - so do head over to watch them if you fancy a local match.

Now - onto the big one. NEXT SATURDAY - 29TH APRIL
This is the play-off game at home against the Ding Crusaders for the highest ever league position of a Wimbledon side in the professional era. We really want to make this a famous occasion so please do get on down. If you want lunch - get your numbers in early doors - as this will be busy.Let's look to show our guests a really warm Wimbledon welcome for what will clearly be a much wanted victory for both sides.

However the rugby for the season doesn't end there. Apart from the end of season dinner - see previous missive - we have a touring team coming over from France to play the strollers. This will be a fun day out at home on Sat 20th May - and we would like more veteran players to put their hands up. If it has been a while since you played this will be a fun match for a fun ten minutes run out. Please let me know if you fancy joining in.

Finally - the Matt Bond Memorial Cricket Match.
This will be taking place Saturday 3rd June. This is a family day out at the club and we honour the memory of our late friend Bondy with a Presidents XI vs Bondy XI. If you wish to take part - please do get in touch with me.
