Following a difficult end to the season we are delighted to confirm that we have secured the services of Steve Wagstaff to oversee the Women's Coaching Team.

Steve has a great track record in Women's rugby and perhaps most crucially is at the heart of growing the game right now at Ealing Trailfinders and a suite of partner clubs. Steve will focus on developing our squad size as well as building continuity between our buoyant youth teams and our senior Women, reinforcing our pathway aspirations. He will also mentor our coaches Jack Kremer and Rich West, providing confidence and direction for them to grow and further develop our Women's Rugby programme.

Steve's experience most recently is as Head of Rugby for Brunel University Trailfinders since 2021. Previously he was Head coach at Hackney Gladies 2017-20 and was the forwards Coach for Surrey Women in 2018.
