The remaining 50% of venue hire plus catering and other extra's to be paid 4 week prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to Events Team at wimbledonrfcevents@gmail.com. Cancellation is not effective until Wimbledon RFC receives the email. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation within 7 days of receipt of your cancellation.
30 plus days prior to the event: 50% of total cost
0-30 days prior to event: 100% of total cost
